Submitting a treatment referral is easy
Prescriptions can be submitted using your e-prescribing software. Search for “Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy” or search by location for “Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy (Community).” You can also fax a downloaded referral form to any of our locations.
